Petros-Pertamina Cooperation

Pertamina Upstream Technology Centre (UTC) and Petros Technologies Indonesia have agreed to do a trial on PETRA EOR technological complex owned by Petros. PETRA is a patented Petros’ EOR solution for fast evaluation of the remaining oil in place and working out EOR development strategy for brown oil fields.  PETRA allows to start planning and implementation of effective EOR operations even before reservoir geological and flow hydrodynamic models are available. In case of a successful trial service, a Full Scale Service Contract for Pertamina’s brown fields PETRA studies  is expected to be signed between Pertamina and Petros Technologies Indonesia.
